Welcome to Pikii. These Terms of Use govern your access to the Pikii mobile application and related services (including live experiences, messaging, and creator features). By using Pikii, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pikii.

2. Account and conduct

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• You agree not to harass, defraud, impersonate others, or distribute illegal or harmful content.
• We may moderate, restrict, or remove content or accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Live and social features

• Pikii may offer live video, chat, and social discovery between users.
• Interactions between users are your responsibility; exercise good judgment and respect community guidelines.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature.

4. Virtual items and payments

Where Pikii offers purchases (for example wallet top-ups or virtual items), additional terms shown at checkout may apply. Charges are processed by our payment partners according to their rules.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, or legal requirements. You may request account deletion as described in our Delete account instructions.
