Delete your Pikii account

You can permanently delete your Pikii account and associated personal data by following one of the methods below.

1. In the Pikii app

Open Pikii, go to Settings, then use the Delete account option and confirm. This is the fastest way to remove your account.

2. Email request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to am@joinpikii.com with subject "Pikii account deletion" and include the phone number registered on your Pikii account.

3. What we delete

• Your profile and account identifiers tied to Pikii.
• In-app content and preferences associated with your account, where technically and legally possible.

4. What may be retained

We may keep limited records where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or unresolved disputes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
